Can Olympic build a case to fit...?
Olympic Case Company can engineer and build a case to fit anything and everything that you need to ship. Olympic can design our cases around your product, so your case fits like a glove.

What kind of case do I need?
The style of each case is unique to what is expected of that case. Tell Olympic what your case needs are, and Olympic will recommend the right case style to fit your needs.

How much is a...?
All of the cases are designed around the product or products to be transported, pricing depends largely on what you need your case to provide (i.e. for shipping only, using the product in the case, for storage only, etc.). Olympic's extensive network of dealers and our inside sales professionals can quote you a price on whatever you need.

Do you have the measurements of a. or do I have to measure it?
The Olympic engineering and research and development professionals, working together with countless representatives and dealers, have compiled an extensive database of dimensions and product specifications. By maintaining ongoing relationships with the product manufacturers themselves, Olympic has access to specifications for products that are new to the market. If you know what equipment or products you need cases for, leave the rest to Olympic.

How long does it take to get my case?
The goal is to ship all orders within your schedule requirements. Unique product demands sometimes require more time. Emergency needs are often shipped within 48 hours.

How much will my case weigh?
Case weight depends on many factors. Case construction (thickness of wood), options (casters, table legs, dividers, etc.) affect the weight of a case. The engineers' first priority in designing a case is protection. Olympic will not design or build a case that is heavier than it needs to be.

Are options included in the cost of the case?
Case options (casters, caster boards, locking latches, caster dishes, rear rack rail, table legs, tie downs, pneumatic lifts, etc.) will be added to the cost of the case. All of the cases have industry standard latches, handles, corners, hinges, feet and other features appropriate for each case. These are a part of the case, not options.

Can I have my company name stenciled on the case?
Stenciling is free of charge on two sides (up to four lines). Custom silk-screened logos are available for an additional cost.

How can I make tearing down a quicker and easier task?
Ask about several unique solutions Olympic has developed to make packing up easier and quicker. For example, all the lids on Olympic cases are not only interchangeable; there is no front or back side to a removable lid. Olympic has developed custom color patterns for many of our customers that make their cases stand out when the aisles during tear down are full of identically looking cases.
